About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Formo. As a key member of our supply chain team, you'll play a crucial role in creating and executing future-focused supply plans that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead demand planning for purchasing, production, and distribution across various EU countries, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement planning and reporting tools to achieve high forecast accuracy and drive business decisions.
  • Build and execute inventory strategies, monitor inventory levels, and achieve high service levels to win customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate on market expansion projects to support company growth and drive business development.
  • Enable a sustainable supply chain with minimal product waste through detailed and coordinated planning.
  • Manage continuous improvement projects to improve processes, reduce errors, and lower costs.
  • Develop operations KPIs and enable effective dashboards to inform supply chain decisions.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience (3-5 years) in the FMCG industry with a focus on demand planning, supply planning, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude, with the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment.
  • Hands-on mentality along with a structured approach.
  • Proficiency in demand planning software and tools, complemented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An ownership mindset and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English and preferably German, with any other EU language a plus.
