About the RoleThis internship is an ideal stepping stone for students pursuing a degree in business administration or a related field. You will be responsible for supporting the development of analyses and processes on special finance-related questions, including risk management and investment controlling. Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the preparation and compilation of consolidated financial statements, focusing on IFRS and German GAAP accounting topics;
- Developing presentations for the executive board, supervisory board, and investors;
You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, developing your analytical skills and deepening your understanding of business contexts. Your ProfileTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A strong foundation in finance, accounting, or a related field, preferably with a specialization in accounting or auditing;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI skills would be an asset;
- Previous experience in auditing, internal auditing, or investment controlling would be beneficial;
- An analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken), with another European language being desirable;
