Your Assignment:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team at TDK-Micronas GmbH. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for designing and administering our entire network infrastructure, ensuring it meets current security standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall, in accordance with current security standards.
- Develop and refine network access control policies, aligning with the Zero Trust concept, and troubleshoot issues during operation.
- Collaborate with the IT operations team to enhance IT security concepts and contribute to their implementation or manage projects and sub-projects for implementation.
- Maintain up-to-date network infrastructure and associated documentation.
- Serve as the primary contact and coordinator for telephone system inquiries.
Your Profile:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Completed IT training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in network administration, WLAN, NextGen firewalls, and highly available IT infrastructure.
- Experience in managing and implementing IT projects, with and without external support.
- Knowledge of network segregation, NAC, and peripheral systems (DHCP, DNS, CA) is desirable.
- A high level of commitment, solution-oriented, and independent work style.
- Affinity for sustainable solutions that align with the IT security baseline and lean processes.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
