Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP-Process-Eigentümer, der unsere Organisation bei der Einführung von SAP PS unterstützen wird. Als zentraler Ansprechpartner und Knowledge Owner werden Sie die Beratung der Fachabteilungen in allen IT-Belangen auf dem Weg zur End-2-End Zielarchitektur leiten. Sie werden die globale Koordination interner und externer Partner steuern, die Geschäftsprozesseigner bei der Formulierung von IT-Anforderungen und bei der Prozessanalyse-/Optimierung beraten und unterstützen. Sie werden den Überblick über die Funktionsreichweite des SAP PS mit Fokus auf die Supply Chain Prozesse von der Konzeption, Design und Implementierung der Lösungen behalten und maßgeblich Ihren Beitrag bei zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung der SCM-/SAP-Architektur hin zu SAP S/4 leisten. Als Fullcycle SAP Process Owner & leitender Inhouse Consultant werden Sie auch die Implementierung stark am System betreiben, dieses Knowledge aus der Vergangenheit mitbringen oder externe Partner für die Umsetzung steuern/managen. Die Durchführung von Tests und Produktivfreigaben runden Ihr Aufgabenfeld ab.

Voraussetzungen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Consultant mit Schwerpunkt SAP PS im SAP Logistikumfeld/SCM sowie idealerweise Erfahrungen im S/4 Umfeld
  • Fundierte SAP Kenntnisse im Bereich Vertrieb und Distribution (SD), modulübergreifende Integrationskenntnisse in Logistik und Produktionsplanung/Steuerung (PP) sowie Controlling (CO)
  • Mehrjährige, qualifizierte IT-Projektleitungserfahrung im Bereich Einführung neuer Prozesse oder Systeme, vorzugsweise im internationalen Umfeld sowie praktische Erfahrung in Konzeption und Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen in SAP ECC und idealerweise S/4HANA
  • Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, diplomatisches Geschick und analytische, konzeptionelle Denkweise. Sicheres Auftreten, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Flließende Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
