Job DescriptionYou will be supporting the development of a modern Zero Trust IT landscape and operating and managing the SASE network security solution. Your tasks will include technical support and troubleshooting in case of complex problems, delivery of security measures aligned with organizational regulations, and proactive search for improvement and development of technologies and designs.
You will also be advising employees/departments on questions about the product and current problems, coordinating requests, and ensuring delivery alignment with other parties.
In addition, you will track/report project progress and maintain databases/documentation. You will build strong relationships with Business units and other departments like Cyber Security.
You will ensure that the SASE service is compliant with company policies and guidelines, implemented and managed in line with agreed business requirements, strategy, and central frameworks.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for several years of professional and practical experience in the area of network security, preferably international. You should have a university degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent.
Your knowledge of network technology (routing, switching, network protocols, other protocols), security architectures, client security, and data protection is essential. Experience with integration and rollout projects is desirable.
We prefer candidates with product knowledge and configuration experience with one or more of the following vendors: Zscaler, Fortinet. Demonstrable additional qualifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL V3/V4 certification) are desirable.
Experience in SCRUM or other agile project management methodologies is highly desirable.
You should speak very good German or English and be willing to work in an international team.
