Dutch HR Generalist

Lemken is a family-owned business with over 240 years of history, operating as one of Europe's leading manufacturers. Our product range includes soil cultivation, seeding, and crop protection solutions with headquarters in Germany.

We are seeking an allrounder to oversee all HR matters at our Dutch plant. If you enjoy working in an allround function and international cooperation, come and join us as our new Dutch HR Generalist.

• Develop and monitor HR processes and procedures, including employment terms, collective bargaining agreements, and labor law.
• Work on various HR projects such as onboarding, absenteeism, process optimization, etc.
• Serve as an advisor and point of contact for managers and staff regarding HR-related inquiries.
• Recruit new staff based on business needs.
• Implement employee development activities aligned with the business plan and development interviews.
• Support employee vitality and address absenteeism.
• Handle personnel administration tasks, such as contract preparation, training agreements, and confirming changes in employment conditions.
• Prepare monthly reports for the holding company.
• Ensure timely compensation of employees.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with HR legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• A people-oriented yet results-driven individual with strong prioritization skills.
