Für unser Team in Nürnberg suchen wir ab sofort eine/n

Payroll Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Betreuung und gezielte Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in sozialversicherungs-, steuer- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Selbstständige und termingerechte Abwicklung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unsere internen sowie externen Mitarbeitenden in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung inklusive aller Vor- und Nacharbeiten mittels Datev sowie SV-Net
  • Verantwortung für das Melde-, Berichts-, und Bescheinigungswesen
  • Kommunikation mit Behörden und Institutionen
  • Operative Bearbeitung der Personalprozesse z. B. Erstellung von Verträgen sowie Führen von digitalen Personalakten
  • Erstellung von Statistiken, Rückstellungen und vorbereitende Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten bzw. -nacharbeiten
  • Bearbeitung von Vorschüssen, Reisekosten sowie Bescheinigungen
  • Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für die Buchhaltung
  • Pflege des Personalverwaltungssystems: Administrative Aufgaben wie Arbeitszeitänderungen und -pflege der Personalstammdaten
  • Betreuung und Durchführung von Sozialversicherungsprüfungen durch die Deutschen Rentenversicherung sowie Betreuung der Landesarbeitsamtprüfungen in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
Was du bringst:
  • Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Tarif-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Kenntnisse in der Verwendung von Datev und SV-Net
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
  • Kenntnisse in der Kommunikation mit Behörden und Institutionen
  • Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Statistiken und Rückstellungen
  • Kenntnisse in der Pflege des Personalverwaltungssystems
