Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you'll be the bridge between real-world supply chains and our OpenSC platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with our implementation team to ensure seamless integration of supply chain data with our platform.
  • Leading the technical onboarding process, ensuring designed and deployed solutions are scalable, maintainable, and provide reliable insights.
  • Collaborating with customers to architect data collection and interaction with our platform.
  • Mapping existing systems and data flows within supply chains to determine effective data collection methods.
  • Developing comprehensive data capture solutions for validating sustainability, ethical production, and product tracing.
  • Creating descriptive models of supply chains in cooperation with development, data engineering, and data science teams.
  • Identifying reusable implementation patterns and driving their implementation as part of product development.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Relevant industry experience in technology solution architecture, design, and integration.
  • Sound knowledge of data modeling, transformation, and data ingestion concepts and tools.
  • Knowledge of data orchestration and data pipeline concepts and tooling.
  • Solid programming skills and hands-on experience with databases and SQL.
  • Experience working with cloud service providers, ideally AWS, and supporting data integrations with 3rd parties.
  • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to hold commercial conversations with customers and tech partners.
  • Passion for sustainability topics and ethical production within supply chains.
