Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships to drive business growth.
  • Implement sales strategies to promote products, especially new ones, to customers.
  • Maximize customer potential while adhering to DKV's credit guidelines.
  • Process security claims, complaints, and reminders independently.
  • Meet DKV market targets and monitor competition.
  • Optimize turnover, sales, and earnings while maintaining market-driven conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent commercial training.
  • Several years of sales-oriented professional experience, particularly in the field.
  • Product/market-specific knowledge is a plus.
  • Service-oriented and service-minded with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to present the company and products professionally.
  • Strong team player with initiative, independent work, and commitment.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Business fluent German and good command of English.
  • Home office and living in the sales area.
