Job Title: Regional Business Process Manager Seafreight

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Process Manager Seafreight to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our Seafreight BPM Team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements, training and developing strategies to achieve productivity gains, and working closely with various stakeholders to define operational and overlapping process standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new, innovative, and automated solutions to improve process quality and efficiency
  • Analyze, define, and design requirements and business cases for handover to IT
  • Work closely with product owners for audits, process reviews, training, and governance
  • Define KPIs with product owners and monitor their compliance
  • Train and coach end-users, including continuous development of sea freight training content and methodology
  • Manage projects and support overarching topics in sea freight, as well as support sea freight reporting for performance and financial data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Finance, Sales, HR, etc.) to define operational and overlapping process standards
Your Profile:
  • Solid understanding of the global seafreight forwarding industry with operational experience
  • Experience with TMS implementation is a plus
  • Ability to explain and train business processes, system use, and organizational changes
  • Ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Flexibility towards traveling and stays abroad
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical and investigative thinking, strong self-confidence, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to effectively deal with all levels of employees
  • Empathy skills: ability to place yourself in the shoes of the audience
  • Additional knowledge in other European languages is a plus
