Transformative Lean and Innovation Manager

At AUTO1 Global Services SE & Co. KG, we're revolutionizing the used car market for private customers. We're seeking a Business Development Manager Production who can challenge our processes, demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills, and drive innovation.

As part of our Business Development team at our headquarters in Berlin, you'll collaborate closely with on-site departments at our production facilities in Germany to elevate our used-car-refurbishment to new heights.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Introduce and implement lean methods and principles to streamline business processes
  • Conduct training sessions for employees to promote understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated improvement activities
  • Analyze processes and procedures, develop measures to improve the status quo, and enable smooth operations
  • Ensure processes are scalable and drive the implementation of new IT features
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lean management from a start-up, management consultancy, or dynamic company
  • Sound knowledge of lean methods, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques
  • Team-oriented approach and ability to manage change effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Hands-on mentality, sense of ownership, agility, and strong solution orientation
  • Fluent English skills, German skills a plus
