As part of the Business Unit Systems and Service Solutions, it supports customer projects throughout their entire lifecycle, particularly in batch size and complex renovation projects.

Job Description

As a Project Coordinator with development potential, you will assist the Project Director/Senior PM in all project phases to ensure the successful execution of contracts both domestically and internationally for our unique fire-tube steam boiler systems, which are key components in the energy recovery process. Your responsibilities will include leading sub-projects of larger systems and taking on tasks typical of a Project Engineering Manager (PEM) within these projects. Specific tasks during the project phases include:

• Contract review and analysis, along with comprehensive project planning, monitoring, and control, particularly of internal engineering
• Coordination of tasks within the team and monitoring of project progress, ensuring adherence to project milestones and guidelines
• Continuous monitoring of schedule adherence and ensuring necessary internal alignment regarding processes and systems related to project management tools
• Coordination of project documentation and document management, including the CE process
• Ensuring compliance with organizational instructions and procedures throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Completed engineering degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in international plant construction is desirable
• Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new subject areas
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel globally and familiarity with project management tools, along with a solid understanding of cost awareness along the value chain
