- Assist in developing and conducting service and driver training in German and English
- Plan training content from pre-series status in coordination with relevant departments
- Conceptualize, create, and maintain technical training materials and equipment
- Support in carrying out and supervising training at external locations in Germany and abroad
- Prepare and follow up on training machines and models
- Hands-on experience and service support during harvest season
Key Responsibilities
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally with further training as a technician or a degree in a technical field (with a focus on agricultural machinery) or equivalent qualification
- Good product and process knowledge in harvesting technology
- Practical experience with agricultural machinery
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Strong customer orientation and pedagogical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Reliable and independent work ethic
