Electrical Systems Manager (Gebaudetechnik)Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Manager to join our team at U.S. Army Europe and Africa. As an Electrical Systems Manager, you will be responsible for establishing preliminary plans and sketches for discussion with supervisors and subject matter experts. You will also serve as a construction site and project manager for electrical repair projects, ensuring high-quality execution and final billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishes preliminary plans or sketches for discussion with supervisor or subject matter experts.
  • Serves as construction site and project manager for electrical repair projects.
  • Prepares project specifications and necessary documentation for submission to the servicing contracting office.
  • Oversees the design and construction of electrical projects under the guidance of Electrical Engineering Technicians.
  • Monitors and inspects repair and maintenance work of contracted personnel on elevators, cranes, lightning protection systems, and control and communication systems.
Requirements
  • 2 years of creditable experience as defined in A below PLUS 4 years of experience as defined in B below.
  • Office automation skills required.
  • Valid driver's license class B and ability to obtain/maintain a military motor vehicle operator's license.
  • English Level B1 and German Language Proficiency Level C1 required.
