Job Title: Senior Investor Relations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investor Relations Manager to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective investor relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with top management, investors, and analysts to provide strategic advice on financial communications and market trends.
  • Craft and communicate the company's comprehensive equity story to investors and analysts, highlighting our strategy, markets, products, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to prepare internal and external communications, including financial reports, press releases, and investor presentations.
  • Organize and execute capital market communications, such as conference calls, investor days, and roadshows.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Work experience in strategic and financial analysis, sales and marketing, business management, or stakeholder communication.
  • Finance-related qualifications, such as CFA or CEFA, are desirable.
  • Business fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to write polished prose and present confidently to small and large audiences.
  • Track record of gaining visibility and building trust with senior management and diverse stakeholder groups.
