As a Product Owner/Business Analyst at TAKKT Group, you will be responsible for shaping the future of work by creating and executing the vision for our ERP systems and their features.

Key tasks include:

  • Developing a product roadmap based on the vision
  • Identifying and prioritizing features and stories in the backlog
  • Creating and improving features in the ERP context
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and the ERP team to develop new and enhanced features
  • Managing features on the platform and collecting demands from stakeholders
  • Working with the team to execute the product vision from conception to launch
  • Prioritizing features and stories based on business value and effort
  • Measuring the success of implemented features through established KPIs and ROI
  • Continually analyzing and identifying enhancements or new features with stakeholders and feature analysts
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of retail business models and processes
  • At least 3 office days per week on average
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a consultant and working in an agile product development environment, preferably with scaled agile frameworks or fundamental experience in the ERP context
  • Familiarity with agile product management tools, such as Jira and Confluence or Service NOW
  • A highly organized and structured way of working, with a hands-on mentality
  • An analytical mindset
  • Very good English skills and fluent German skills
