About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Project Manager at Vivira Health Lab GmbH. In this key role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of our diverse projects and programs, contributing significantly to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will research, structure, and prepare data sets for our Success team and provide well-founded analyses that serve as the basis for strategic decisions.
  • You will develop and support (sub-)projects from conception to successful implementation, coordinate timelines and resources, and ensure that targets are met.
  • You will work closely with our Success Managers and cross-functional teams such as CX&CRM, Operations, and BI to ensure smooth project execution.
  • You will support our Commercial PMO team in varied projects and take over the management of your own projects or sub-projects as required.
Requirements
  • A successfully completed university degree.
  • First practical experience in project work, ideally in a start-up or consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent Google applications).
  • First experience in data analysis and preparation.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a creative approach to problem solving.
  • A can-do mentality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, commitment, and the ability to work independently.
  • Team spirit and sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Confluence is a plus.
