Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our funding projects, including financial administration, controlling, and coordination with external financial audit. Your expertise in financial management, accounting standards, and process improvement will be essential in driving our digitalization efforts and ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial administration and controlling of funding projects
  • Coordinate and be responsible for external financial audit
  • Interface with funding authorities for financial issues
  • Financial management of European-wide consortium funding projects
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in financial controlling or a related field
  • Working experience in controlling and administration of funding projects
  • Knowledge of accounting standards (HGB, IFRS)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
  • Ability to handle and solve complex problems and provide solutions
  • High ability to improve business processes using state-of-the-art software applications
