Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for collaborating with pre-sales and engineering teams to develop cloud solutions that meet customer requirements. Your expertise in cloud technologies, including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, will be essential in driving customer success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop customized cloud solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive adoption of cutting-edge cloud technologies.
  • Take ownership of the ideation process, requirement assessment, and consulting of customers.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, including pipeline management and customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast and track key sales metrics to drive business growth.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development, stakeholder management, and co-selling skills.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in solution sales teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical and business consulting expertise to customers before, during, and after implementations.
  • Experience in leading international teams (remote) is an advantage.
  • Drive to learn new things and stay up-to-date with cloud evolution.
  • Get-it-done attitude and ownership for tasks from inception to completion.
  • Strong work ethic, track record of high productivity, and sales achievement.
  • University degree in business, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a similar technical degree.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe for work-related business.
  • Business fluency in English, German skills are preferred but not essential.
