Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to support our regional business operations. The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of administrative processes, budget management, and external contractor coordination.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Master Shopper activities for CS&L DACH region
- Prepare shopping baskets and review related invoices
- Plan and control costs for external contractors
- Support DACH CS&L LT team in administrative tasks
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., business administration)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software
- Excellent English language skills
