Job Summary
Abraservice is seeking a highly skilled Finance & Admin Manager to join their team in Germany. As a key member of the finance function, you will be responsible for financial management, controlling, and administration, ensuring compliance with local accounting laws and regulations.
About the Role
As Finance & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Financial processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations as well as internal guidelines.
- Financial and business controlling of the legal entity, leading the budget and forecasting process, monthly closing, and reporting activities.
- Cooperation with external payroll, local insurances, car fleet coordination, and taking care of standard contracts.
- Transfer price documentation and initiating finance system development to meet reporting requirements.
- Monthly financial reporting to group consolidation system and local statutory reports.
- Supporting managers with commercial agreements, identifying risks, and suggesting improvements.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economy.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Finance/Controlling area or Chief Accountant role.
- Knowledge of local German legal and accounting requirements.
- Self-driven, strong, independent character, and ability to support and take the lead in driving administrative tasks.
- Open-minded, willing to accept a diverse approach, and enjoy working with different cultures.
- Fluent in German and professional level of business English mandatory.
