The role demands a strong technical vision and hands-on leadership to transform AI insights into real-world solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the execution of a comprehensive AI strategy, developing solutions that advance automation, intelligence, and data integration.
  • Team Creation & Leadership: Recruit, develop, and inspire a diverse team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, building an AI team from the ground up.
  • Data Management & Governance: Oversee data architecture and data governance processes, ensuring integrity, privacy, and compliance with evolving regulations.
  • Partner with product management, operations, and customer service teams to align AI projects with business goals and client needs.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred).
  • Extensive hands-on experience in AI, with a focus on strategy, product integration, and AI ethics.
  • Proven success in building and managing high-performance teams in AI or data science.
  • Expertise in big data platforms, cloud computing, and ethical AI practices.
