With your experience, expertise, and passion, you can contribute to the following topics and tasks at our company:

  • Development of guided missiles and high-energy laser and guided missile systems with a focus on mechanical design and system design
  • Conducting and coordinating complex construction and development work based on technical requirements and specifications
  • Responsibility for the conception, design, and complete construction of components, components, and assemblies
  • Participation in project coordination and responsibility for work content in the field of Mechanical Engineering, including reporting
  • Application of classical and modern development methods to develop system concepts
  • Assessment of the technical feasibility of construction designs using suitable methods of classical mechanics and strength of materials, as well as further knowledge in the fields of manufacturing processes and materials science
  • Support for the proof of concept (e.g., function tests and proof tests) and system integration
  • Creation of required documentation and presentation of work results, as well as ensuring the achievement of milestones
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
  • Completed studies in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Good knowledge and experience in designing and designing mechanical constructions
  • Very good knowledge of creating technical drawings, including norm-compliant form and position tolerances
  • Understanding of structural loading in relation to environmental requirements
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes for metallic structures
  • Outstanding knowledge and experience in applying CAX tools CATIA V5, SmarTeam-PDM, ERP/SAP (desired)
  • Very good English skills in writing and speaking
  • Engaged, proactive, and team-oriented thinking and working style, as well as resilience
