About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign results to optimize our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversion.
• Create and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.
• Manage and optimize our website, including user experience, search engine optimization (SEO), and performance metrics.
• Plan, execute, and analyze digital campaigns to acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and support recruitment efforts.
• Monitor and analyze digital metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions to optimize our online presence.
• Collaborate with our design team to develop a consistent visual brand identity and create engaging visual content.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content publication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including content creation, social media management, and campaign analysis.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
