Project Finance and Grants Acquisition Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Finance and Grants Acquisition Manager to join our Business Operations & Finance team. This role will be pivotal in securing both debt financing and non-dilutive funding sources to support our projects and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies for securing debt financing to support future project needs.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for public subsidies, grants, and government funding programs relevant to our projects.
- Prepare detailed financial models and documentation required for debt financing applications.
- Manage reporting and compliance obligations associated with public subsidies and grants.
- Assemble and organize data, figures, protocols, and other relevant documentations.
- Prepare, write, and submit high-quality grant applications, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and requirements.
- 3 years+ of experience in fundraising, grant writing, or financial management, preferably in a tech startup or high-growth environment.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA, PhD, or relevant qualifications in chemical or industrial engineering are a plus.
- Excellent project management skills alongside an exemplary attention to detail.
- German and English speaking is mandatory.
