About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in production environments, driving digital transformation, and improving business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimize MES systems to drive digital transformation and improve business efficiency
  • Analyze existing production processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement work processes and training programs
  • Support the integration of MES systems with other company applications and monitor their performance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Practical knowledge of consulting and implementation of MES systems, preferably with mpdv Hydra
  • Sound understanding of production processes and production technologies
  • Knowledge of data interfaces between MES and SAP S/4HANA (PP, PM, QM modules)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Very good knowledge of German (min. B2) and English (min. B2)
