Verantwortungsbereich
  • Prüfung von Vertrags- und Kaufdokumenten der Kunden
  • Vertragsverhandlungen und Ausschreibungsprozesse, u.a. Prüfung von Ausschreibungen
  • Beratung zu Vertragsfragen und Leitung der Vertragsumsetzung
  • Erarbeitung und Einführung eines Go-To-Market Plans für die Verträge
  • Prozessimplementierung im Vertragsgeschäft zur Steigerung der Effizienz
  • Unterstützung des Kundenberaterteams
  • Aufbau eines internen Berichtswesens und Berichterstattung für die EU-Führungsebene
Was du mitbringst
  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung ist deine berufliche Grundlage
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement oder Beschaffungswesen
  • Arbeit mit Kunden aus dem öffentlichen und privaten Sektor
  • du bist kommunikativ und zeichnest dich durch Verhandlungsgeschick aus
  • Kenntnisse im Ausschreibungsmanagement sowie in RFI, RFP und RFQ Prozessen
  • Erfahrung mit rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen in verschiedenen Ländern
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
