Sales Development Representative

Lumiform, a leading software startup based in Berlin, is revolutionizing the way frontline teams operate. Founded in 2019, we have secured €10 million in investment and are currently in the Series-A stage. Our mission is to unleash the full potential of frontline teams, eliminate operational inefficiencies, reduce costs, and drive a new era of collaboration and automation.
We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for our Account Executive team.
Job Description- You will be responsible for identifying inbound leads, understanding their needs and pain points, and educating them on Lumiform's software. You will also manage and organize leads in our CRM system, update information, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Continuously educate yourself on Lumiform's application, industry trends, and best practices for sales development. This will enable you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to your colleagues and contribute to the growth of our user base.
- You must be native in German and fluent in English, both written and verbal. You should already be located in Berlin and ready to visit our office at least twice a week.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and relationships with potential customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Resilience and objection handling are also crucial strengths for this role.
- Self-motivation and results-driven approach with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and accountability, is also required.
- Possession of a passion for technology, startups, and sales is highly desirable. Experience in sales development or an inside sales role, preferably in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment, is considered an asset.
