About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Producer to join our team at AUTO1 Group, a leading digital automotive platform. As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for our EU-wide brands, including Autohero and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute video production strategies to engage our target audience
  • Manage the entire video production process, from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and production, to bring innovative ideas to life
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends and technologies to maintain our competitive edge
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and growth
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in video production, preferably in a production agency or in-house role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality video content on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of video creation and production, including videography, photography, and editing
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional European languages a plus
