About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Ausschreibungsmanager in the Kommunalvertrieb department.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and process public tenders, primarily on electronic procurement platforms, for our company portfolio and ensure internal dissemination.
- Coordinate and manage tender projects, create schedules, and monitor deadlines.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, including the compilation of necessary materials, and collaborate with internal departments and branches.
- Maintain and administer procurement platforms.
- Prepare and submit reports for the municipal sales management and management.
- Perform general administrative and organizational tasks within the municipal sales management team.
- Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification.
- Desirable: experience in commercial fields, public tendering, and good IT skills (MS Office programs).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high level of flexibility and result-oriented thinking.
