Du übernimmst die Rolle der ersten Kontaktperson bei anspruchsvollen IT-Problemen im 2nd und 3rd Level Support. Du nimmst Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen entgegen und unterstützt unsere Kunden im Anwendersupport. Du bist zuständig für die Planung und Durchführung von Projekten.

Deine Skills?

\u2022 Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium in Informatik oder einem verwandten Fach, alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
\u2022 Mehrjährige (3+) Erfahrung in Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung von Störungen der Infrastruktur.
\u2022 Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in zwei der folgenden Felder: Serverbetriebssyteme, Datenbanken, Virtualisierungstechnologien, Terminalserver und Speichersystemen.
\u2022 Persönlich gefallen uns besonders deine Team- und Kommunikationskompetenzen, deine lösungsorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie deine Bereitschaft, unsere Kunden in anspruchsvollen Situationen zu unterstützen.
