Job Title: Credit Risk Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate credit risks and assess specific risks associated with non-performing loans
• Analyze crisis causes, develop individual solutions, and monitor their implementation
• Review financial documents of problematic loans
• Negotiate with clients, consultants, auditors, and other financial institutions
• Manage and terminate loans, including the realization of collateral
• Handle and manage resolution commitments in IT systems
• Prepare resolution concepts and status reports
• Initiate legal and out-of-court measures for debt collection, including judicial processes, enforcement measures, and property auctions
• Participate in negotiations in insolvency or settlement cases
• Evaluate default and other risks, create and review individual value adjustments, and implement exposure write-downs
• Make credit decisions within designated authority

Requirements:

• Completed banking apprenticeship, preferably supplemented with further education in banking management or a similar qualification
• Legal background or experience in the resolution area is desirable
• Strong social skills, empathy, and teamwork abilities
• Above-average commitment, resilience, and decisiveness
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work approach
