Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and development of macOS systems for approximately 80 employees.
  • Network infrastructure administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Troubleshooting: Providing both remote and on-site support to resolve technical issues for end-users.
  • IT support: Acting as the main point of contact for employees, offering assistance and guidance on IT-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in macOS systems administration.
  • Experience in network management and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Great communication skills, especially when assisting non-technical staff. Fluent English skills are mandatory.
  • You can support us around 20 hours per week.
