Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Aerospace Industrial Engineer, der sich auf die Optimierung von Serienbauteilen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie verantwortlich sein für die Fertigungs- und Montagegerechte Optimierung von Serienbauteilen.

Was Sie erwartet:
  • Die Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Verfahren für die Fertigung und Montage
  • Die Erarbeitung von Konzepten und Strategien zur Automatisierung von Montageprozessen
  • Die Planung, Auslegung sowie Inbetriebnahme von Betriebsmitteln für Mess- und Prüfaufbauten
  • Die Gestaltung von Arbeitsabläufen für die Serie inkl. Erstellung der zugehörigen Arbeitsanweisungen
Was wir von Ihnen erwarten:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Produktionstechnik Mechatronik oder Techniker mit Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Serienreifmachung mechanischer und elektromechanischer Baugruppen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SolidWorks
  • Idealerweise Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Lean-Production für die Serienproduktion
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Prozess- und teamorientierte sowie methodische Arbeitsweise
