Job Description
This is a part-time (75% of full-time) position for one year with the option of increasing working hours to full-time as Postdoctoral Researcher at Universität Passau. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating on research projects related to approximate sampling of distributions, Markov chain Monte Carlo methods, Bayesian inference, and algorithmic design at the intersection of Machine Learning and mathematics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues on research projects focused on machine learning and mathematics.
  • Organise conferences, sessions, and workshops, as well as assist with grant proposals.

Salary and Benefits
