Our main office is located in Lindau, Germany, with additional locations in Munich and Berlin. We offer a hybrid work model, allowing for up to 2 days of remote work per week.

Salary: 70,000 per year (gross) + up to 5% performance-based bonus

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead/Senior Project Manager to join our team at Dev2Work. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Projects: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including system selection, implementation, and migrations.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for international clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong relationships.
• Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate efforts across different departments and ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
• Reporting: Prepare clear and concise project updates and presentations for management.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum of 3 years in project management, preferably within a complex IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, DevOps).
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills in both German (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
