Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team at MVC Mobile. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining global UC infrastructure solutions with a focus on Microsoft Teams and Skype.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement global UC infrastructure solutions with a focus on Microsoft Teams and Skype
  • Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for support teams
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • Strong background in IT and telecommunications
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Skype, and Azure Active Directory
  • Knowledge of UC infrastructure and architecture
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
