About Us

The SIM GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen, providing consulting services for building projects and real estate. We advise on the development, acquisition, and sale of real estate for the Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen and third parties.

Currently, we serve as the project management representative for the new main office of the Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen, providing project management services.

We are also responsible for managing the properties of the Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen and the Alten-Stiftung der Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen. Additionally, the SIM GmbH owns residential and commercial properties in a large condominium complex.

The SIM GmbH combines the benefits of a startup with a young team, flat hierarchies, and short decision-making processes with the security of a Sparkassen organization.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of up to residential and commercial properties, taking a holistic approach to all operational processes and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

If you enjoy the following tasks in our real estate management, you will be part of our team

  • Technical and infrastructural facility management/building management of our commercial and residential properties
  • Site inspections, planning, budgeting, coordination, and monitoring of maintenance, repair, and inspection work, as well as mandatory government inspections
  • Responsible for tendering, commissioning, coordinating, and monitoring technical service providers
  • Ensuring and verifying the responsibility of the property owner and the obligation to ensure public safety
  • Main point of contact for tenants, property owners, authorities, and external service providers
  • Accompanying the commissioning of the new main office for the Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen until the conclusion of required maintenance contracts
  • Supporting the purchase and sale of properties, accompanying technical due diligence in close coordination with the commercial property management
  • Reporting and creating technical quarterly and annual reports

  • Proven experience in technical real estate management/administration of commercial and residential properties
