We are currently seeking a skilled Electronics Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Berlin.

Job Requirements:
  • Completed at least two years of vocational training (e.g., watchmaking, model making, electronics/electrotechnics, mechanics) or equivalent professional experience with small parts
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • Good eyesight
  • Excellent fine motor skills for assembly work
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Minimum B2 level in German
Responsibilities in Electronics Manufacturing:
  • Perform manual processes according to specifications
  • Work in a cleanroom environment under ESD conditions
  • Labeling and packaging tasks according to specifications and deadlines
  • Assembly and disassembly tasks
  • Perform leak tests according to specifications and deadlines (handling isopropanol)
  • Ensure documentation of work results according to specifications and submit them to the ERP system
  • Operate and maintain the reflow process according to specifications and deadlines
  • Operate temperature, climate, and heat control systems
