We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Recruitment Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting successful interviews and attracting top talent to our team
• Providing exceptional support and guidance to our employees, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed
• Assigning our employees to open client projects, maximizing their potential and skills
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, building a robust network and identifying new business opportunities
• Analyzing market trends and identifying new areas for growth and expansion

You will bring:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with both employees and clients
• A creative and proactive approach to recruitment and talent management
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
• A deep understanding of the recruitment industry and a passion for delivering exceptional results
• Experience in personnel services or a related field (desirable)
