Job Title: Project Controller Places Germany

Job Description:

At Arcadis, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Controller to join our Finance team in Germany. As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our projects within the Business Area Places.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and maintain project structures, project calculations, and forecasts
  • Ensure accurate project evaluation for monthly and annual financial statements
  • Highlight opportunities and risks in project results for project managers
  • Participate in project reviews and provide financial data to management teams
  • Support commercial and financial issues
  • Contribute to the management of our net working capital

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or economics
  • At least 3 years of experience in project controlling of engineering projects
  • Good knowledge of contracts, HOAI, and VOB
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerBI
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Integral, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and high capacity for abstraction
  • Well-organized, service-oriented, independent, proactive, and strong communication skills
