Key Responsibilities

• We combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience, allowing you to develop your skills in a real-world setting.
• You will study 'Management in der Gesundheitswirtschaft' at the Hochschule Rosenheim, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree after eight semesters.
• Parallel to your studies, you will complete a three-year training program as a Sozialversicherungsfachangestellten (m/w/d) at AOK Bayern, where you will gain expertise in areas such as social insurance and law, marketing, data protection, accounting, and economics.
• You will apply the skills and knowledge you acquire in various areas of the organization, mastering diverse challenges in the healthcare sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• You will have already completed your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife with good grades at the start of the Dual Study Program.
• Effective communication is essential in your daily work, so you should be able to express yourself clearly and confidently in both written and spoken form.
• You will be confronted with new information on a daily basis, requiring you to process and apply it quickly. You should have a rapid understanding and be able to work in a structured and analytical manner.
• You will work collaboratively with your colleagues at AOK Bayern, so you should be a team player with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• As a healthcare professional, you will be working with people and their health, requiring empathy, customer orientation, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• The Dual Study Program takes place at the Hochschule Rosenheim, AOK Bayern, and our training center in Hersbruck, as well as other locations within Bavaria. Therefore, traveling within Bavaria will not be a problem for you.
