About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Application Engineer to join our team at Microtech Global Ltd. As an Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in establishing our international development center and bridging communication gaps between customers, sales, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication Catalyst: Foster clear and concise communication to ensure alignment and information sharing among customers, sales, and product development teams.
  • Sales Support Superhero: Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise and insights during customer visits, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective sales strategies.
  • Customer Needs Detective: Analyze customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and assess feasibility for innovative solutions, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Visionary: Collaborate on developing a market-specific product portfolio strategy, ensuring the company stays ahead of the curve and meets customer needs.
  • Process Optimizer: Support cost calculations during the quotation process, contributing to efficient project execution and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
  • A technical degree in computer science, mechatronics, electrical engineering, information technology, or technical sales.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to translate specifications and requirements into actionable plans.
  • Prior experience in automotive electronics and BUS systems is a valuable asset.
  • A foundational understanding of hardware development for microcontroller and embedded systems, along with hardware-related software or firmware development, is a plus.
  • German language proficiency is a must.
