About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certifying Staff B1 to join our team at Textron Aviation. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the certification and release-to-service of maintenance and repair work performed on our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed troubleshooting and repair of aircraft systems and components
- Perform damage assessment and develop repair plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of work
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders on technical issues
Requirements
- Valid LBA/EASA B1 license
- Experience working on aircraft types and completion of type rating courses (Cessna/Hawker/Beechcraft)
- Independent, responsible, and structured work approach
- Excellent knowledge of English (company language)
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and assignments domestically and internationally
- Driving license class B
