We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Kaufland e-commerce. As a key member of our Marketplace Management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Polish sellers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading e-commerce company, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and e-commerce to drive business success. You will be working closely with our interdisciplinary project team to develop new features and improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage a portfolio of Polish sellers to increase marketplace assortment and drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sellers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Monitor and analyze competition to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the market
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop new features and improve the customer experience
  • Present our marketplace at e-commerce trade fairs and events
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and e-commerce, with a strong understanding of the Polish market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with sellers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent English and Polish language skills, with a strong understanding of e-commerce principles and practices
