As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and presenting and promoting our communication solutions to high-level decision-makers. Your ability to analyze market trends and leverage insights for business growth will be crucial in driving sales growth and ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Presenting and promoting our communication solutions to high-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Staying updated on industry trends in the unified communications market.
  • Representing the company at relevant industry events and meetings with key clients.

Requirements include:

  • Candidates must be based in either Munich or Berlin (or willing to relocate), with valid work visas.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in the unified communications industry or large Chinese enterprises.
  • Native Chinese with fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and leverage insights for business growth.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
