Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Germany, driving brand awareness and lead generation across our physical locations and marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a 360-degree marketing strategy for Mindspace in Germany, including online and offline campaigns, media partnerships, and community engagement.
- Strengthen the Mindspace brand in Germany through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Lead go-to-market and launch activities for new locations and offerings in Germany, including market analysis, messaging, and launch plans.
- Generate leads for Mindspace locations, offerings, and services through effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage relationships with marketing vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee a yearly budget for marketing activities.
- Attract major ecosystem events to Mindspace locations and facilities.
- Drive Mindspace's presence at conferences, tradeshows, and startup events.
- Develop collateral for Mindspace offerings, including presentations, campaigns, demos, videos, and sales enablement tools.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing management roles, preferably in a luxury brand or startup environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in German and English.
- Experience in online advertising and lead generation campaign management.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Willingness to travel between Mindspace locations in Germany.
- Marketing management experience in both startup and enterprise environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as SalesForce and HubSpot is a plus.
- Ability to define and execute marketing programs, processes, and deliverables independently.
- Understanding of business dynamics, including strategy, revenues & costs, value proposition, sales pipeline, competition, and differentiation.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to understand data and numbers, as well as branding, messaging, and emotional drivers.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insightful and innovative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using technology, including Windows, MS Office, Google apps, social networks tools, task management tools, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
