About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Professional Services Manager to join our Amazon Business Professional Services team. In this role, you will work closely with high-potential customers to analyze their complex requirements and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, sales, and customer service. You will be responsible for leading large-scale projects, analyzing customer needs, and developing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Assess current purchasing processes for customers and evaluate opportunities for Amazon Business solutions to improve end-user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance.
  • Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions.
  • Define requirements and scope projects for utilizing AB solutions.
  • Oversee programme execution, including resource requests, project scheduling, and timely delivery.
  • Provide timely, clear, and concise communications to customers and Amazon Business Leadership where required.
  • Audit project risks, anticipate challenges, and manage timely escalations when necessary.

What You'll Need
  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to lead customer-facing engagements in German.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience.
  • Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal.
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business.
  • +C1 proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
