Astragon Entertainment GmbH is a renowned German games developer, publisher, and distributor of sophisticated 'working' simulation games. Our focus is on non-violent cooperative gameplay with very detailed, technical, and realistic environments.

Job Title: Regular/Senior Producer (f/m/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled Regular/Senior Producer (f/m/d) to join our team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of game projects, from initial pitch to gold master.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production aspects of game projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with external development studios to define project scope, budget, and quality
  • Provide creative direction to improve product quality and innovation
  • Develop and manage development and milestone schedules
  • Work closely with publishing operations, including QA, localization, age ratings, and platform submissions
  • Report on project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and PR to promote our products
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in video game production
  • Experience in game development and release for PC and consoles (PS4/PS5, Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch)
  • Good technical understanding of game development processes
  • Experience with project management and issue tracking tools (e.g., Bug Tracker, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to take ownership and drive projects forward despite obstacles
