Job Title: Controller (m/f/d) - hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare regular management reports using existing controlling tools to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough budget comparisons and analyze deviations from plans to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create ad-hoc reports and special analyses to support business growth and development.
  • Assist in the planning and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Support the development and maintenance of information systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in project tasks to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field with a focus on controlling and accounting.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluent in German and good English skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and SAP is a plus to enhance technical skills.
